We track every expiry date, remind you sixty days ahead and adjust seat counts so you pay for what is in use.

Your team writes to us for every title we supply. When an issue needs the publisher, we take it there and follow it up.
How an engagement runs

Brief
A short call or e-mail about your team, devices and the work to be done.

Quote
A written quote within two working days, valid for 14 days.

Order and invoice
You confirm in writing; we issue an invoice from Astrid Investment L.L.C.
- 4
Delivery
Licences, set-up and the written guide, usually within five working days of payment.
Commercial terms
- Quotes list every product, edition, quantity and licence term, with the total price.
- Invoices are issued by Astrid Investment L.L.C, Dubai, and state the payment methods available for that order.
- Third-party software is supplied under its publisher's licence terms, which we pass to you with the order.
- We do not name the publishers we work with on this website. Your quote names every one of them.
