1. What you receive
For Astrid Roam: an access link that activates the app on your device. For Ledger, Sync and Assist: a licence key, a sign-in link and download links for each platform. For the licensing desk: licences, keys and documents as listed in your quote.
2. When
Subscriptions are delivered as soon as your payment is approved: on the confirmation screen at once, and by e-mail, normally within a minute and in any case within 30 minutes. Licensing desk orders are delivered on the timetable stated in the quote, usually within five working days of payment.
3. Where
To the e-mail address you entered when paying. Please check it carefully: we cannot see a typing mistake until you tell us.
4. If nothing arrives
Check your spam folder, then write to support@astridapps.com with the date and amount of the payment. We resend the access details or correct the address the same working day.
5. Cost and territory
There is no charge for delivery. Products are available wherever their app stores and our payment page are available to you; if we cannot supply a product to your country, we refund the order in full.
