FAQ

Questions people ask us

Short answers, with a link to the full policy where one applies.

Buying and paying

Who am I buying from?

From Astrid Investment L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai under commercial licence 1496348, trading as Astrid Apps. Its address and phone number are at the foot of every page.

What currency is the charge in?

Rubles. A card issued in another currency is converted by your bank, which may add a fee of its own.

Is the price on the site the price I pay?

Yes. Nothing is added on the payment page: no tax, no service fee, no set-up fee.

Do you keep my card details?

No. You enter your card on the payment provider's page. We receive a confirmation and a reference that lets the provider charge renewals; it cannot be used to read your card number.

After you pay

How quickly do I get access?

Straight away on the confirmation screen, and by e-mail, normally within a minute and always within 30 minutes. See the delivery policy.

Can I cancel?

Yes, whenever you like ahead of the next renewal date. Access stays on until the paid term runs out. See how to cancel.

Do you give refunds?

If a product does not work for you and our support cannot fix it, we refund the payment. The refund policy has the details.

Products

Which devices are supported?

Each product page lists its platforms. Roam runs on iPhone and Android; Ledger in a browser and on phones; Sync and Assist on Windows, macOS and phones.

Can my company buy licences and get an invoice?

Yes. The licensing desk quotes in writing and invoices from Dubai.
